Parking Meter Changes Could Trip Up Mini Marathon

Author More than 40,000 people are expected in downtown Indianapolis on Saturday for the 500 Festival Mini Marathon. Event planners advised participants on Thursday about a few changes that would take place for drivers headed downtown.
